·         Lead a multi-functional project controls team, including contractors, for all planned, unplanned, capital, and turnaround projects for the HyCO division of Praxair, Inc.  Team responsibilities for assigned projects include:

o        Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned initiatives.

o        Direct & supervise contractors during plant outages and upgrades.

o        Manage change order process.

·         Facilitate project work teams to provide project analysis reporting including cost and performance data.

·         Proactively identify and manage potential and presented problems, engaging others in problem resolution, while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
